SJWs think Blacks are primates as well, amd they think Blacks are in need of rescuing/protecting. THAT'S why they think that Blacks would be offended, and why they think Blacks don't have the means to get a driver's license.
That reeks of the kind of racism against 'primitive tribes' in S. America and Africa. There are 'scientists' that claim primitive tribes can't comprehend modern technology. Well that's BS because their brain structure is the same as everyone else's on the planet. What they actually lack is the knowledge and comprehension which can be taught.
