Why not, because American tax payers money doesn't work for American citizens. It's only good when other countries get to use it. For what, well never know. American sweat money is how the government operates.

Until the government does it's job by using the law to protect citizens from companies who harm them then justice would be possible, but it just doesn't work that way the little guy who tries to point at those who break the law against him always looses because the government interprets the law, and the big guy has multiple loophole laws to crush the little guy. It's the land of try to sue and loose when rights are violated by individuals, companies or corporations. To the point where the government doesn't protect citizens anymore by applying the law to those that try to utilize it. Communism is not the way. Socialism already exists to those who qualify.
