Yes, but how I go through with it depends on the person. I often make it painless if the person was good, but on the other hand, if I can't see any good in them... let's just say that it's much worse than what happened to Nootmare's bullies. Tons of genocide players learned that the hard way.

I normally just take the souls of those that ether sin against the 7 divines or the daidric princes or anyone that hurts one of the dragnocs
