I know MeTV shows all the old reruns but I don't know if they are showing Gilligan's Island.

Depending upon your cable/dish service & what networks you get, you can find GI on IFC on Monday mornings and Sundance on Tuesday mornings. Each network airs 6 episodes a day.

I do like MeTV too. Them and H&I, GeTV, etc. There are a lot now that run the old shows. Since COVID, I've been telecommuting and really gotten into recording the old shows like Rawhide, Maverick, The Rifleman, Magnum PI, Rockford Files, Strar Trek TOS, Seinfeld, and plenty of classic movies. Anything pre 2001 or so and if it has no mention of the internet, cell phones, or politics the better it is. I just let it play in the background as I work.
