That's the problem with any infringement of anyone's rights.
Yes it was the black panthers that were carrying loaded guns into the statehouse.
When the law was written it didn't specify only black people couldn't carry loaded guns it specified no one could carry loaded guns therefore it was an infringement on everyone's rights not just black people.
Just like right now people are trying to say that in 18 year old isn't mature enough to buy a black rifle. Why? Because one young man bought 1 and used it improperly.
