So the user who created an image should be able to choose whether the image shows downvotes, either the creator can see it only or its public to everyone
This could be next to or below the upvote counter
Users could do this using the edit image button to see if anyone has downvoted their meme or to see if anyone dislikes it

To add to that idea, I would suggest that if an image were to have more downvotes than upvotes, the number should be shown in the negatives

I've explained other users about why this idea is exactly the opposite and you want it back? The creator will be upset if the downvote counter will upset more users and will turn this website into a toxic and drama crap again. It will go out of business if this happens again. So, they can't bring it because of users made other users quit with lack of attention and being negative. It will go on negative impact again. This is all of the explanation I said out loud.

Thats why i said it should be an optional thing for the meme creator
