The left continues to try everything except the one way that would allow them to change the laws - a Constitutional amendment. Why don't they attempt it? Because it would NEVER garner the support for the type of change they want.
AND IF WE CAN’T BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS, THEN WE SHOULD RAISE THE AGE TO PURCHASE THEM FROM 18 TO 21. BUT YOU CAN LOOK AT CALIFORNIA. THEY HAD A BILL TO RAISE THE AGE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND A FEDERAL COURT RULED IT WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
