What does that mean lol

A restaurant has 4 components; customers, diplomacy staff, chef staff, and entrepreneurs.

Diplomacy staff includes bussers, hosts, entertainers, waiters, baristas and bartenders, matri'd.

Chef staff includes dishwahsers, all cooks, and all chefs.

The best waiters can cook the food, but that type of waiter is a matri'd. Even the worst waiters should be able to tell the customer what is in the dish.

bouncers are diplomacy staff too... the best dressed bouncer is the matri'd
