Yes I have no doubt that abusive parents exist, but you see in current times people compare small things to big things, like getting your phone taken away and starving a child therefore since things like getting a phone taken away is very common, i can only assume that most of the time it is common things that people who aren't parents say are bad

Im sorry but did you even look at the meme? This is about a parent refusing to listen to their child and then invading their privacy behind their back and then not understanding why their kid gets angry at them and no longer trusting them. Its not that complicated.
