meanwhile i had a bad RNG moment while i was trying to get it a long time ago
i was so fed up with grinding for the RoD i just decided to cheat and hop on one of those "free items" mp servers and snatch one from there
and, after returning, a few minutes/hours after i did that, a fully naturally spawned one drops it -_- like, really, game?
luckily i have 2 main characters so i just gave that one to the other one
