So? People don't always have to agree with people on their same side. Nazis are on the right and I doubt you would agree with them so what's wrong with people now disliking Maher? For a personal example, I do like a good chunk of the political cartooning work Thomas Nash during the 1800's which promoted anti-racist ideals in an era where slavery was still prevelent in the South. While I do like this part of his work that was polite to people of different cultural backgrounds, I don't like his rather out-of-character hatred for Irish people which contrasted greatly with the rest of his opinions. And being a person of partly Irish ancestry myself, I can say that despite my appriection for most of his work, I strongly disagree with some of the things that he believed. So my point is, what's wrong with them calling him out?
