Which font was it? Are you 100% sure it was installed and working on your device, including in other programs? Or did it maybe look exactly like a normal system font, indicating that it failed to install correctly?

It was called "pricedown" and it works on all apps except imgflip. And thanks for commenting on my image instead of ignoring it.

Strange. Do you have a very old browser or device? We're just using the document.fonts.check function supplied by your browser that tells us whether a given font is installed or not. We have a fallback for some super old browsers that don't support that function, but occasionally it gives the wrong answer.
