I can't really help with the binders, but I do have a few suggestions for coming out to your mom;
1. Do what I did and paint your nails in the color of your flag
2. Give her subtle hints, making them more and more obvious until you finally tell her that you aren't straight

Well, You could just wing it and tell her.
She seems pretty supportive already.

The best place you could do without being obvious is probably just Amazon just make sure you check the review before you buy it
