*she realized she almost forgot she was talking to a Hivewing, she suddenly became very worried*

Jade: I’m going to head back home then. *she walks back to the higher levels where the silk nets and homes are.*

Skipper: *watches*

Jade: I still know you’re following me. *she kind of half laughs and smiles in your direction before walking into her house*

SKipper: "Well, bye!"

*She waits until you are gone to sneak down to the lower levels again, as soon as you leave she runs back to the balcony of the lower level school, she makes sure she wasn’t followed this time. I’m her bag, she had a very large ladder made of silk she collected and saved with two rocks as weights at the bottom, she ties the other end to the balcony railing and makes sure that the only way to get it off is to cut it, then she begins to climb down, if you decide to check the school again, you’ll find she isn’t there. By the time you checked again, she had made it to the bottom and was running towards nearby caves. It would take forever to search for her and you might not even find her depending on how far she got*

Skipper: "..."

*do you wish to alert someone to Jade’s breakout, find her yourself, or do nothing?*

Skipper: *sighs* "She chose to do this..." *flies back to the night post*

*As soon as you alert the Hivewing, the entire hive goes on high alert, a first search was conducted, but it yielded no results. The one the next day only yielded a broken off armband, a broken flamesilk lamp, and some tools used to cut the armband off, Jade was now in her metamorphosis state, she couldn’t afford to be found. The next few days find no results, finally, you join the hunt as well, but you aren’t controlled yet (unless you want to be). You find Jade about 9 days after her metamorphosis day and you move to make contact, you both were in the caves. She had her wings.*

???: "Skipper."

????: my name’s Jade. I’m sorry about wandering the halls.

Skipper: "Yeah, yeah."

*She walks off, but she’s heading for the stairs. Like she’s going to look for a balcony on a lower level*

Skipper: *follows, staying in the shadows*

????: I know you’re there… my name’s Jade by the way…

Skipper: "H-Heh. You got me..."

Jade: I sure did. *she chuckles a little*

Skipper: "..."

*she was about to pull something out of the bag when she noticed you, you saw something that might have been silk, maybe she was collecting it for something*

????: oh no.. *she’s shaking in fear* Hivewing… I haven’t done anything wrong.

*it was clearly well past sunset, probably around midnight or a little after*

???: "Um, hi. What, if I may ask, are you doing out here this late?"

????: uh… I was just coming to get my art project and decided to stop by here. *it didn’t sound true*

???: "Is that true?"

????: yes. *she stuttered a little but it could have been because she was scared*

???: "Ok, Silkwing. I think you're going to have to come with me."

????: *she sighed* ok

???: *leads her to a night shift guard*

????: I seriously wasn’t going to do anything wrong. I just wanted my art project.

???: "Silkwings are not allowed to be wandering around at night."

Jade: so you’re following me back to my home?

Skipper: "Just the rules."

Jade: … *she considering just running but she doesn’t know how fast you are, but her pace quickens as she thinks about it* look, I don’t understand what’s wrong with me being outside.

Skipper: "Rules are rules."

Jade: yes, rules meant to keep my entire tribe nice and “safe” from the leafwing “threat” that hasn’t even been seen in forever. Look, if you can be outside your home at this hour, than I can be too. I’m not breaking any laws by standing here or walking around. *you were now at the lower levels, where was this silkwing going?*

Skipper: *keeps following* "Sorry, Jade. I'm just doing my job."

Jade: I know YOU are, but don’t you agree that some of these rules are dumb?

Skipper: "Nope."

Jade: Aaargh.. it’s hard to make someone understand what’s it’s like. I’m lucky this hive isn’t like the others.

Skipper: *shrugs*

* Nightmare looked out for anyone and snuck with the other dragon… hopefully Dream isn’t following him..*

*she makes it to the balcony, somewhat aware you are following her*

Shattered: well, do you know the Distant Kingdoms…
Nightmare: ( piping up) We are escaping to there!
* shattered shushes Nightmare *

Jade: it’s unfortunate that I do not. *she sets down the bag she was carrying.*

Shattered: well stories tell of a lost continent… we need to see if it’s real- we know it’s real because we are hybrids, and most of our blood is not from here

Jade: I would come with you, but if you haven’t noticed I don’t have wings yet, I should get them in a few days. *Thinking: “along with whatever queen wasp wants me for.”* this is why when I saw Nightmare I panicked. *she took a giant role of silk out of the bag she had, it looked like it could reach all the way to the ground from up here. She tied one end to the balcony, it was actually a ladder made entirely of silk with rocks for weights at the bottom, she could make it close enough to the ground we she could fall and not get injured with the length of the ladder*

Shattered: I could carry you on my back!

Jade: across the ocean… probably not, to the ground or a safe cave for me to be for the next few days, sure.

Shattered: I can- well across the ocean…

Shattered: I swear I’ll protect you and Nightmare, even if every Hivewing comes after us

Jade: my metamorphosis day is in approximately 1 day, 9 hours, 57 minutes and 32 seconds , if you wanna carry dead weight, be my guest, but I can fly after my metamorphosis. Granted I’m gonna need to find a way to get this thing off first *she pointed to her metal armband and chuckled*

Nightmare: I have that too! * he raised his arm, the metal band there*
* shattered put his head next to the metal band on jade’s arm, and blew out a small flame, burning it off* shattered: There.

*the dragonet senses your vibrations through her antennas.. she turns around*

( yes, his name is Shattered Dream, or just Shattered) ??????????: Ha! They actually believed me! * he opened his eyes, which were fully black except his pupils, which were golden*

* nightmare burst from his hiding place* Nightmare: BROTHER! * he hugged the large dragon*

*The silkwing dragonet doesn’t come out*

Nightmare: It’s okay! He is not controlled, he just has good acting! ( and a Deathbringer personality)

*she hesitates but she finally steps out*

????: h-hi…

?????????: hey… it’s okay.. my name is Shattered Dream, but most people call me Shattered, * points to Nightmare* and if you don’t already know, this little Cinnamon roll ( with a Sunny personality) is Nightmare.

????: my name is Jade.. nice to meet you, but I really must be going! *she heads towards the nearby room with the balcony*

* the two followed you*

*She saw you and realizes you were a Hivewing and bolted through one of the doors*

Nightmare: Wait! Come back! * he ran after the dragon, and when he was in front of her, he re-opened a giant wound on his stomach* OW!

*they circled back to check that you weren’t injured too badly*

* the scarred dragonet got up, his purple blood dripping form his stomach*

Nightmare: it’s okay… you can trust me- I get treated worse, actually…

????: of course I trust you, ha ha * that did not sound very convincing, maybe they thought Queen Wasp would jump into your mind at any moment*. Also you should get yourself to a doctor or healer.

* many wingbeats came from overhead, Nightmare’s eyes widened* Nightmare: It’s happening again! I better hide!

????: what’s happening? *her antennas unfurl again, she tried to tell how many there were, it didn’t matter because she started running when she got to 10, she dragged you into a supply closet in the room you were in. There was enough room to hide both of you behind all of the cleaning equipment and other school items.* *Whispering* You better not go white eyes on me while we’re here.

Nightmare: * whispering* gosh, that’s the problem….

????: *whispering* wait a minute… Queen Wasp can’t control you?

*you hear someone enter the room*

* nightmare nodded and tried to hide on the bottom row of the cabinet, his claws and something metal making a scratching sound*

*the silkwing dragonet was hiding near the top so she would not be seen even if they found you, she carefully climbed back down and slid some more boxes and a few canvases in front of you very quietly, you were hiding in the art room. She then climbed back up to the top and hid behind something before anyone noticed*

* he blended in, so he was hidden*

* the dragon’s eyes were all white, and Nightmare inched closer to the wall*
