The U.S. Secret Service is part of the Treasury Department & it's main function is to stop counterfeiting. When Abraham Lincoln was assassinated it began giving some agents special training to become bodyguards. From 1939-1940 Ronald Reagan played a Secret Service agent in 4 movies.
