You can’t talk an extremist off the ledge anymore than you can get a meth addict to stop using.

White supremacists *are* capable of changing their minds. However, they aren’t going to do it through an internet debate. There is no foolproof way to de-radicalize extremists, but the most effective methods have involved physically extracting them from their supremacist communities, separating them from their old propaganda and habits, and reintegrating them within mainstream society in an intensive process similar to detox.
