'White-on-white crime"

This is put into a different perspective when you realize blacks only make up around 13% of the American population and yet black-on-black crime has only 284 less cases than white-on-white crime. This is why people claiming that any police in a black community is just racist and are looking for blacks to arrest is an erroneous claim. The police even being there are doing far more of a service to many blacks (the ones that would get affected by unpunished violent crime if the police didn't serve). Actually I've heard of some cops that are now afraid to serve in black communities for fear of being a national villain for any altercation with any person whatsoever, and these are people who just want to do their jobs and go back to their families and would never do anything racist.
I'm not saying that there are no racist policemen, I'm just saying this is a bigger context that the mainstream media and the left is overlooking entirely.
