I've always loved anthros. When I was younger, a lot younger, I used to be positive that I'd eventually become a werewolf. Yeeeah, not one of my finer moments. But about five years ago, someone called me a furry as an insult. I simply couldn't understand why they were laughing at me. So I googled it, and learned more about the fandom. Everyone was so accepting! I felt more at home with these strangers on the internet than I did with the people I spent every day with! I made my first fursona, Ariya, a Chimera, when I was 10 or 11. This fandom is so wonderful, and my mental health, and creativity have only grown and gotten better. :)
