He posts pictures of himself in women’s underwear (usually containing a d**do in the background) to a website he knows is full of minors, used to evade bans by rapidly creating and deleting his accounts (before he was IP banned), and has even had the name “jeffferylovesteenpanties” before, and you think he’s just a troll?
And plenty of people do that, there’s even some going under the acronym “MAP” (minor attracted person) and trying to hide behind the LGBTQ+ community using claims that they are part of the community.

How does warning people in advance help?

They can prepare by banning him from their streams and/or changing approval settings
