His FDA did over an inaccurate accusation of contamination. Joe Diapers and his staff knew the plant produced 40% of the nation's formula supply and did nothing to avert the train wreck they caused. Why did all the formula have to disappear before they decided to get involved and get the plant the permission it needs to reopen. Why is the FDA dragging its feet?
