As with all recent "shortages" the infant formula "shortage" is simply the government creating a crisis so they can use the crisis to seize power.
The FDA shut down one of the nation's largest formula plants a couple months ago due to unsanitary conditions. Rather than allow them to reopen in a week once they cleaned everything, the FDA made sure they remained closed.
By using Government bureaucracy to create massive everything shortages, the government can justify takeovers of every aspect of your life. Which of course is always the ultimate goal of collectivism.

That's probably why the left is reporting on the "shortage" so heavily. They normally faqcheque away any news that doesn't fit the narrative.
But this can be viewed as a not so subtle attempt to threaten prolife moms with "shortages" if they can't continue "controlling the population..."
