I'll try (not that I agree with the final conclusion, but here it is, since you asked) - I think that they meant that LGBTQs that are so "proud" about it that they rub it IN your face should die. Again, I don't necessarily agree with it, but that's the way that I'm reading it.

I mean, the first and last line are stock from the template and can be confusing enough, but yeah, s/he screwed up the part that goes in the middle.
