A vote was held on whether this security system should be applied.

Every new user that joins the stream will be told to fill out this entry request: imgflip.com/memegenerator/389246571/PornPolice-Register-Request - once it has been filled out, they have to submit it to this stream for approval: imgflip.com/m/PPolice_Borders . If the new user doesn't do this within 24 - 48 hours, they will be indef banned unless under special circumstances.

If their account/entry request seems a bit too suspicious for comfort, they will be denied. If it looks good, they will be accepted and an entry permit will be given (an ID card will also be given but that will be introduced in a while).
