"Hmm- so, CPR." The girl before her really liked to play with words. That's probably part of the reason she flunked into the E class. Mixing up things in her brain always messed them up. "What is 9x11?" "Tragedy :(" "NOT FUNNY. See me after class!"

The blue haired girl raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing with that? It won't work anyway-"

???: I just enjoy knives.

"What,myou're in the same league as Karma?" She didn't seem very scared, just a question.

???: I mean we both got suspended for violence.

Malcolm: *Slowley walks over to her* "Hi!"

???: Hello.

Malcolm: "My name is Malcolm. What's your name?"

???: Nerema. *The name sounded a bit familiar, like the girl's who had gotten suspended from the main campus*

Malcolm: *tilts his head slightly* "Cool name, it's nice to meet you"

Nerema: Nice to meet you too.

Malcolm: "What book is that?"

Nerema: It's called Undrowned

Malcolm: "Wow, cool title. Is it good?"

Nerema: So far, yeah

Malcolm: "Well, I'll let you go back to reading, I just wanted to introduce myself. Goodbye" *drops a folded piece of paper on her desk as he walks off*

Nerema: *Signals to Kaede*
Kaede: *Nods and throws the piece of paper to her like a frisbee*
Nerema: *Catches it and opens it*

It says: There's a reason we were put here that has nothing to do with our intelligence. Meet me under the tree at the front of the school at 5:00 if you want to know more

Nerema: *Rolls her eyes and throws it in the garbage*

Malcolm: *is fidgeting with his pen and listening to music*

Malcolm: *turns around, seemingly unfazed by the knife and looks at Nerema*

Nerema: I am already aware why I'm here. I'm not stupid

Malcolm: "Well, you could have told me without throwing a knife at me" *turns back around and keeps messing with his pen*

Nerema: *mutters something*
Karma: Hey, if you ask me *looks at Nerema* That's a cool way to get someone's attention.

Malcolm: "It is cool, but it's also really impractical

Karma: Well she had to date someone who was cheating on her because of her asshole parents, and I may have clocked him in the face.

Malcolm: "Wow, that's it? I did much worse to get kicked out"

Karma: That's not how I got kicked out. I beat someone up who bullied this class. Nerema did much worse than me though

Malcolm: "Ah, makes sense"

Karma: Nerema killed two people to land herself here

Malcolm: "Cool" *messes with his pen*

Nerema: Probably because everyone around school talked about me. Especially after I had a gun to Asano's head to make sure the principal didnt say anything

Malcolm: "Agreed...but I didn't hear anything about it"

Malcolm: *nods and snaps his pen in half*

Nerema: *Spins a knife in her hand*

Karma: *his pen snaps in half randomly*

Karma: Nope. Did that on purpose.

Malcolm: *nods and goes back to humming the song*

Nerema: are you angry?
Karma: Nopeee

Malcolm: "Why would I be angry?"

Nerema: I meant Karma. He broke his pen-

Malcolm: "Oh, ok. So...how long do we have to be in this class?"

Karma: About all day.

Malcolm: *nods and sighs*

Nerema: Sometimes Karasuma teaches us assassination techniques

Malcolm: "I'm glad someone shares my enthusiasm for murder"

Nerema: I've killed like four people. Of course I do

*For a split second, Nerema's eyes go full black*

Nerema: Yeah, I'm fine. Why?

Malcolm: "Your eyes went full black for a second"

Nerema: That's strange.

Malcolm: "I know, has it happened before?"

Nerema: I honestly think that you were seeing things

Malcolm: "Maybe...no, I know I saw your eyes turn black"

Nerema: I don't believe you.
Karma: *Grabs Malcom's arm and takes him out of the classroom* I've seen it too

Malcolm: "Do you know why it happens?"

Karma: I have a theory but...you wouldn't believe it

Malcolm: "Any theory is better than nothing, hit me"

Karma: ...It has something to do with her urge to kill. I know I sound crazy saying this but have you heard of proxies?

Malcolm: *shakes his head*

Karma: Well they're humans that were kidnapped and given these strange abilities. I've seen Nerema kill someone before...*gives him his phone with pictures of Nerema, and she has a shadow behind her*

Malcolm: "Soo...she's a proxy? Or she's being followed by a proxy and it's making her want to kill?"
