Yeah, True Octo Samurai was alive for the Inksades (I call the great turf war the Inksades) and has studied the ancient Samurai tactics so He has the edge in close range, buuut he is Screwed if Inkmatas pulls out the Jet Squelcher

The Steel roller (made up sploon weapon, fn) is a killer in close range and gives the user an option if they run out of ink but it's almost impossible to fling it due to it's weight, The steel roller is heavier then the Dynamo roller and it deals more damage then the Dynamo roller but it is only viable in close range, if Inkmatas were to resort to the Jet squelcher then TOS would have a rough time
