You don't even understand how the system works. All they can really do is determine if a case is constitutional. That's it. They are giving power to the states because that's constitutional.

Right, who better to make a medical decision than some hack politician, like the ones in a lot of southern states that don't even think there should be exceptions in cases of rape or incest. I guess they have to reproduce somehow. Maybe next they'll decide that same sex marriage or interracial marriage or women being able to vote isn't in the original Constitution either, so they should send that back to the states too.

You should learn to read for comprehension. What did I say? "hack politician' not physician. See the difference. Doctors aren't being allowed to make the decision with their patients, politicians are making laws saying life begins when they say it does, and barring abortions even in cases of rape or incest. Let me know if there's anything in all that you don't understand.
