Which Pokemon would I beat in a fight?

A machop would legit kill any human. Have you read its Pokedex description? So would Alakazam.

1. Machop looks too puny to win a fight. It can only make people barf.
2. I reread Alakazams Pokédex and it never said anything about killing people. It just stuff about spoons and stuff

Alakazam is a psionic master, capable of doing whatever the heck it wants, it's Pokedex entries in Crystal and FireRed make that rather clear. And the following excerpts should explain the Machop matter. "This POKéMON has sufficient power to hurl a hundred adult humans." -Taken from Machop's Pokedex entry in Ruby. "Its whole body is composed of muscles." -Taken from Machop's Pokedex entry in FireRed.

Alakazam is usually doesn’t attack people, and hurl doesn’t necessarily mean to kill.

If you are fighting the Alakazam, I would assume it is going to fight back, and Machop is also a master of many forms of martial arts. Besides, if you get hurled the odds are good that you're going to hit the ground pretty dang hard.

Name one time either an Alakazam or a Machop has killed someone.

Name one time someone has attacked an Alakazam or a Machop. By your logic there are only three or so Pokemon that would beat any human in a fight, because there are so few recorded mentions of people fighting Pokemon. And the assumption of your tier list is you and the Pokemon would be locked in mortal combat, a very rare situation, it would seem, in the Pokemon world.
