That just means www.faqcheck.dnc.ChineseGov't.biz was towing the party line as usual and forgot to check their DNC dailies.
That's the thing with the fact checkers on facetwat or whatever. If you actually read their whole articles [instead of the title:] they don't fact check. They just confirm all the information and then say "disputed mostly false" at the bottom.
