This is the 3rd similar story to happen in the last 5 or so years , I think the one in New York 2 years ago was just recently sentenced to 5 years .

It happened, too, while my husband worked as a correctional officer, some years ago. Such scenarios are a headache for the men who work diligently to keep communities safe from the worst of the worst.
