You know what happens when you falsely accuse someone of stealing from you? Pretty much nothing. They ask you for evidence and if you don't have any, everyone just sort of moves on.
Trials are not run with the mentality that one person is going to jail one way or the other, either the defendant if he's found guilty or the accuser if he's not.
So any man who wants to make a men's issue out of getting exceptions to that for women accusing them of misconduct is being super suspicious right out of the gate.
