Sidebar:
If you actually read the leak or roe v. wade, you'd know: even if the supreme court reversed roe v wade, it wouldn't change the number of abortions by any significant number.
The supreme court's original decision: the right to privacy overrides states rights to enforce criminal law, was always built on a shaky (non constitutional) ground.
Can you imagine if that standard was used for any other state or federal law? Obomer care woulda been illegal (it's none of your business if I have health insurance. That's an invasion of privacy!) All child abuse laws would be illegal (it's none of your business what I do to my kids in the privacy of my own home!) Etcetera.
So even if roe v wade got overturned, you could keep using infanticide as a contraception device. You just couldn't move to Texas, cause of heartbeat laws.
