Cultures are not Equal

I wouldn't exactly put an up arrow for India. . .

India is at the bottom of my list of good cultures not somewhere I'd want to live though.

Did a quick check on the condition on the Ganges River. . .after a few thousand years they're finally starting to clean it up beginning in 2020 and even then they're running into problems with excessive sewage.

Yeah, not surprised by the excessive sewage but at least they're trying.

Basically anyplace safe to live... besides India, India is better Culture but it's at the bottom of the list.
