Surely people who ae obsessed with the mental acuity of politicians haven't forgotten Reagan's "deer in the headlights," performance for a video-recorded Iran-Contra deposition, in which the only thing he seemed to "recall," was his name. He should have gotten an "Oscar" for that one.

Harry Truman said that he didn't give people "Hell," he gave them the truth. He said that to some people the truth hurts like hell.
