Trump signed a trade agreement with china, and the Chinese arent buying what they said they would, and there was nothing in the agreement to PUNISH THEM IF THEY DID NOT FULLFILL THEIR SIDE OF THE AGREEMENT.

I think you should rethink your sources of information.
