I wrote a short Void-Raven sci-fi story for Shadow @The-Lunatic-Cultist that I shared with them on Discord - I hope you like it! | VOID TREK: A Short Void-Raven Sci-Fi Story -- By SimoTheFinlandized (Credits To The-Lunatic-Cultist) (2022 CE); "In the year 2053 CE, a devastating World War III ended on the planet of Earth, causing widespread disease, conflict and hunger in the wake of limited nuclear exchange. In 2063 CE, however, a brilliant mad scientist-engineer and inventor from the USA, named Dr. Alistair Cree, invented the Star Drive, a way to travel faster than the speed of light for use in space-travel. Because of this invention, Void Ravens, a highly technologically-advanced interstellar fusion-age space- empire comprised of sentient bird-like humanoids from the cold mineral-rich planet of Taloon-4c, came to Earth to meet Humanity in an event known as First Landing. The Void Ravens helped humans fight the rampant disease, conflict and hunger that plagued the Human homeworld of Earth with their highly-advanced science and technology. By the year 2150 CE, thanks to benign Void-Raven intervention, Humanity fully rebounded from its post-nuclear Dark Ages, evolved into a significantly technologically-advanced 'stellar fusion- age species' (going as far as to explore outer space and to colonize the Moon, Mars, and the Asteroid Belt - in addition to making huge strides in the fields of spacefaring, genetics-&-biotech, computers-&-robotics, A.I. and nanotechnology), and created the United Earth Government, which combined all the old nation-states of Earth into one cohesive globalized entity. A massive interstellar war fought between United Earth and the highly-imperialistic and militaristic Dragontaar Empire (which was won in a United Earth victory, surprisingly, since the Dragontaar, an imperialistic race of shape- shifting dragon-like warriors from the volcanic lava- ridden planet of Muspel, possessed significantly far more advanced weapons and technology than both United Earth and the Void-Raven Hegemony) made many significantly technically-and-culturally-advanced FTL-space-faring species dwelling in the Milky Way Galaxy work together for the very first time, and so the Galactic Federation was formed shortly after the war in the year 2165 CE with the signing of the Taloonian Accords on Taloon-4c (later standardized in name to "Taloon Prime" for convenience)." | image tagged in simothefinlandized,the-lunatic-cultist,void-ravens,short sci-fi story,hope you like it | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
