GOP appointed Federal Appeals Judge calls BS on stolen election claims

Roughly 1.8 million mail in voting forms were sent out in Pennsylvania. Roughly double that amount was returned. I admit my math skills isn't the greatest but even I know there's something wrong with that.

I rely upon legally provable facts - none of which Trump and/or the GOP have provided to date - to make my assessment, rather than blindly defending the indefensible simply because I identify with a particular party.

There's a lot of ethical Republicans nationwide that refuse to go along with Trump's BIG LIE because they know it's a lie; those perpetuating such are doing so for their own self-serving social, economic and/or political power interests, not the preservation nor protection of the US's democracy itself.

Unlike you, I've never mindlessly defended - nor supported - any individual of any religious or political persuasion because I was taught at a very young age, while some authority figures may be completely honorable and ethical, not all of them are. Some will always attempt to manipulate, use and/or abuse others to gratify their own self serving interests and that blind trust in anyone or anything will always lead to disillusionment and/or heartbreak.

When even one of the most conservative GOP endorsed Judge ever appointed to 4th Circuit Federal Appeals Court feels a need to write an op-ed in national news publications exposing Trump and the GOP party's attempt to corruptively try to steal an election they didn't legitimately win, everyone should take notice.

His op ed (which I doubt you even know what that is) has not only been published in CNN; it's been published in dozens of national and international news outlets globally. If I were you, I'd be asking myself why a highly respected conservative Federal Judge - who served on the Appeallant Court for well over a decade - would feel a need to expose the fact Trump and his GOP allies conspired to steal the election months before it even occured if Trump did not prevail.
