There's a picture at the top of the page. We call it a "meme template". It has text and implies the character in the "meme" is angry because his phone is not charged. BUT...! The word is not spelled A-N-G-R-Y. It is spelled A-N-G-E-R-Y and this spelling is incorrect. And like I said, the mis-spelled word ANGERY makes me angry (irate, peeved, honked off, mad, torqued off, etc.)
So you see, my comment was what we call "a pun, or a play on words".
