ez solution: keep your tongue in the position when you felt/touched the thing that's stuck, then keep your finger touching the tongue and follow it until you reach the end of the tongue, after that bring the tongue back to the original position (while keeping your finger at its place) and scratch or whatever until the stuck thing in question gets un-stuck, you can then spit the thing out or swallow it if its edible
