I'd love to see it, but yeah, I imagine it is out of Musk's price range. However, if he could go in together with some Free Speech loving billionaires and millionaires it could be feasible.
THE BIG TECH COMPANY ELON MUSK SHOULD BE BUYING. WHILE TWITTER HAS ISSUES WITH FREE SPEECH THERE ARE PLENTY OF FREE SPEECH WEBSITES YOU DON'T HEAR ABOUT. GOOGLE CAN RUIN WHOLE COMPANIES WITH 'DEPLATFORMING' WHILE PREVENTING THE WEBSITES YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT FROM BEING KNOWN.
