No, but if a 13 yr old were to screw an 8 yr old they would be left as an outsider. They would maybe get deloused, but nothing more than that.
For people that don’t know, delousing is when one gets taken to juvie, has to strip bare, and gets cleaning powder and water sprayed at them to clean them. It’s very embarrassing because there are several cops there to make sure one doesn’t run away. My dad had to do it a few times.
