No its not, the whole point of it is the "ribbon dog Pokemon" and it lives up to that name!

I mean that it really just doesnt need to be in Pokemon
also aegislash is better

I think they mean you can't transfer every Pokemon into SWSH. You could do that with every other game except RSE, but that was because of technological limitations.
