"Unless you don't" Is the contracted form of "Unless you do not". You are trying to say that, "Unless you DO get you disorder under control i am not answering to your posts."
If you take your sentence apart, you basically said "Unless you do not, I am not" (This helps you see the double negative.)
Unless you want him to NOT get his disorder under control, then you do not need the "don't" in the sentence.
