actually, patty, Republicans are human beings. Republicans believe in helping people with medical conditions. Republicans would have voted for all of the things listed in your meme. However, democrats stuffed all kinds of pork into the bill, including ineffective/irresponsible policies and insanely wasteful fraud.
a purely "medical care" act would have been approved by everyone, Republicans simply don't believe in supporting a bill full of pork, waste, and fraud. Get it?
