It doesn't matter how much help I get, I keep falling into the same thoughts, same patterns and behaviors and it's nearly unbearable to put up with. I don't know what it takes to move on with my life and do what is needed.
You okay? Sometimes it may seem hopeless, but there is always hope. Just gotta keep trying, one day you'll break through, be happy, and have a f****** fantastic life.
It helps to slow everything down, break it into managable chunks, and take some deep breaths. Listening to music is a good way to take your mind off of stressors, as is excersing or just taking a walk/ nap.
