That's art stealing, yeah. You can't do that.

But what if I say it's not mine, remember you got to take into account how an artist would feel about it. As an artist myself, it doesn't matter to me if they don't claim it as theirs or not, what matters is that they're using it for something without permission.

If you didn't draw it, it's not a picrew, and you're claiming it's your oc, that's stealing. Even if you admit it isn't yours.

Yes. It doesn't matter if you admit that it's not yours, it's still not yours.

Use your own art or a picrew. Nothing beyond that, final statement.
