go to the FNF wiki and search for a version of BF, then copy it and paste it into Kleki, and you'll have a base to work with

then get a second layer, and outline what you want(lower the first layer for visibility, so you can outline it. don't make it to light tho, you need to be able to see it) and after you outline it, go to the first layer and erase everything. this shouldn't erase you're outline, put it back up to full visibility and start coloring. the first layer should go underneath the lines if done correctly

To make it easier
Layer 1 doesn't go over layer 2, unless Layer 2 is underneath Layer 1. However, since Layer 1 will go underneath Layer 2, you won't know where the other side of the color ends up, so it's best to be a bit careful.

Erasing Layer 1 will not erase Layer 2, you can only erase things on the same layer.

I figured that out in graphic arts, so I'll have a bit of know-how on how layers work

the tactic is always used. when it comes to FNAF edits, like making Withereds, you WANT to have Layer 1 the TOP LAYER.
