The Bio-leigion has the highest Fatality rate in the Grand Republic due to it's Bio-weapons. Yep, the Bio-Leigion is full of war criminals. The Bio-Commander Cyrus is the best soldier of the Bio-Leigion as he has delt with and killed Bio failures, even defenseless, mercy begging, or Retreating ones. Cyrus was a clone of the best soldier in the world Squire and showed signs of care to civilians unlike Vick who would kill his own soldiers. The Bio-Leigion is mainly used to exterminate a certain species or an annoyance to the Grand Republic and the Bio-Commanders are usually seen as viscous murderers, because they are Viscous murderers who know nothing but killing.

the Bio-Leigion was nothing more then just Mindless killers and Cyrus had saw this but he couldn't stop it, After the end of the false republic war, Vick had hunted Cyrus down for "Treason against the Final division" (although Cyrus had PTSD about the false republic war, he was mainly defending Empress Cynthia who was a "traitor of the Grand Republic and Final division) Cyrus and Vick fought but Vick reminded Cyrus of his PTSD of his Ruthless massacres he was forced to do, Vick had demonstrated his ruthlessness by shooting Cyrus in the chest with a MX class Lawbreaker, which was the same gun Mason (Cyrus's friend) was killed with, Sadly Cyrus lived and his PTSD got more severe
