Team Sky: use rayquaza to expand the sky
Team Starfall: use deoxys to expand space

But space is already infinite.

technically space is already expanding, so you cant expand anything that is already infinite. we want to have it always expanding and expanding at a faster rate

Then there shouldn't be any team conflict, just some people trying to expand the ozone layer so Rayquaza can breathe better and some guys out in space poking the edge of the known universe.
