Don't worry, I figured it out

All I had to do was kill Flowey, then load my save, and go back to Hotel, where I got the Undyne call

that means you THINK youre doing true pacifist but you actually do a neutral ending. to do a true pacifist, you must complete that one specific neutral ending(idk the name).

it's any neutral ending, trust me i've done like 10 of these on different neutrals and they ALWAYS work, even if you kill flowey at the end

I figured it out

I just went and killed flowey, then went back to my save from right before the Asgore fight.  Crib there, I went back to the hotel, and got the call from Undyne.

Im about to fight Asriel now
