None of the Amendments to the Constitution grants the right to fight "against a tyrannical government." In fact, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment takes away rights from citizens who take up arms against the US government. This was added because of the uprising of the Confederate States during our civil war. You may have confused the "Constitution," which establishes the United States with the "Declaration of Independence." The Declaration of Independence establishes causes for colonists to take up arms against the government of Egland, which they deemed as being tyrannical. Both documents are important.
